      I am extremely disappointed with the way your company has handled my recent experience. On June 2, I spoke with your salesman, Tristan, who assured me that I could use a credit card to pay for your service. When all was done, he said the first payment needed to be made using Zelle. I trusted your company, received all the documentation, and sent the initial payment via Zelle. However, on June 3, I received a call stating that credit cards are not accepted. This contradictory information has caused me to lose trust in your company. From that point, I asked for my money back, and since then, they do not pick up my calls or answer my emails. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me questioning your company's integrity. Don’t use this company.

      Please do not use this company, I wish I would have paid attention to the reviews. When booking my move I was told I would have a whole truck, movers were suppose to show up on a Monday, I call to see where they are at then was informed it would be the next day, then was told I had enough room for a 1 bedroom. I paid a deposit up front. I had to cancel my move and hire new movers. Now they are refusing to give me back my deposit. They will quote you one price then change it. This company is dishonest and I do not recommend them. If I could give them negative stars I would. Taking someones money and not able to do the service you paid for I call stealing. This company in my opinion is terrible.

      I had the best experience with Xpress Relocations LLC! They were quick and efficient and made my move extremely easy. Dont hesitate to book them at all! You will not regret it.

      This company has 0 customer service! I ordered movers to help me to take out the furniture from the house. I paid for everything upfront. Initially I was told that they will come 12-2pm. However they postponed several times, but promised they will come today. At 3.30pm I called and they told me that they're not coming!!! We waited for them the whole day, and they cancelled last minute. I am shocked such companies still exist, they really don't care about customers. And people on the phone don't keep their words and promises. I would recommend avoiding this company

      We are sorry about your unsatisfaction in regards to your recent experince with Xpress Relocations. We did a search on your file. It looks like this was a last minute Job booked for a service that needed help the same day. The appointment was booked around 11am easter time and our moving consultant advise that we would not be able to guarantee a specific arrival time since the crew that was going to service your Job were in the process of completing a job. Unfortunately the elevator where the movers were doing the Morning Job broke down and that delay the moving process. Unfortunately that is something beyond our control. And we do apologize for the inconvenient that his may have caused to you. We advised about the situation and suggested to reschedule the Job for the next day. At that point you decided to cancel the services. We proceeded to refund the deposit amount as per our agreement. Once again we do apologize for the incovenience and we wish we can serve you in the future to make up for this. Thank you for your understanding....

      I wish I could give negative stars.If you chose to use them-dont expect to see your stuff for two weeks (after they said **** days), they wont communicate about delays unless you reach out to them and even then the time frames will get changed several times. The *** says let me talk with the management team to see what kind of discount I can get you.(The management team is him and his wife according to the website).Their solution?Let me offer you 5% off the second half of your payment.not even the whole thing.So you finally get your belongings great.except your tv is missing, several things are broken, and they dont even bring the pieces for you to put together a bed frame.The delivery drivers drop a desk and break it while coming in.So you reach back out, they say they will look for your tv, pay you for some of the broken objects, and give you a bed frame they have in the warehouse. so you want to give me a USED BEDFRAME/HEADBOARD THAT YOU LOST FOR SOMEONE ELSE? After 2 more weeks they find your tv and say they are working to schedule a delivery. No other comments made. two days later the whole company is blowing up your phone because they are now in the area and want to deliver it now.Problem being, no notice was given of delivery so both my husband and I are at work. My husbands ends up having it delivered to his job to put in the back of his pickup truck and hopes no one steals it. They tried telling me we contacted you two days ago and had a snarky tone behind the message and tried to back track when I sent them a screenshot of what was said to me and tried to say they are trying to schedule it now. No, they are saying we are dropping it off at this moment because we cant deliver it tomorrow. (Even though our stuff at the beginning was delayed several times because of other peoples availability) You can ignore the following quotes on their website: ensure every deadline is met we work with transparency, trust, and empathy STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
