this people are scam artists, they took a $500 deposit almost 2 years ago for a Z06 allocation and i never heard from them again, i reached out to them several times, spoke to their accounting, everytime they told me they will get back to me and they never did. i cant get my money back nor was i able to order my carReview from Gloria A

******** experience purchasing a 2024 *********** brand new corvette with 900 miles lost power steering while driving. This happened twice in one day. I took my car to the dealer for repairs. The car was a month old. After constantly getting the run around from dealer staff, horrible customer service, no follow up from anyone. The part was obviously on back order. My car has been at the dealer for 20 days. The part arrived and my car is still a week away from ********* add, the repair may not even fix my issue as stated by the Corvette mechanic. They hope the part they ordered solves the issue. Were talking about losing power steering while driving. I could literally cause a deadly accident. But these guys have zero care or worry. Bomnin is a joke. I didnt get a loaner for the first 14 days of not having my car. What a terrible experience. *** owned a 2018 SS and a 2023 ZL1. Im a huge GM fan, but this has completely made me skeptical and not trust them whatsoever. At this point I dont even want the car. 24+ days at the dealer to maybe fix the issue. These guys are playing games. Youd think if you spent $80k+ on a car youd have decent service and maybe a machine that works. Not the case. Fix this Bomnin. Worked with ***************** and he was super cool, very professional and helpful. Assisted me with getting the car of my dreams. Cons were the wait time, I purchased on Memorial Day and the wait time from sales to finance took over 3 hours. But when I got to finance everything was super quick. Before arriving in ***** I was told the vehicle price was one thing, after arriving the price increased over 5K due to me not having a trade in. However, that should have been verified and confirmed when the initial price of the vehicle was given to me. Due to taxes and honestly no wiggle room, I didnt receive a good deal on the vehicle. It was overpriced compared to the same make, model and mileage trucks available in other areas. I got the car delivered to Ga from ***** and **** helped with that as well. Super appreciative and overall happy with my purchase but Ill probably go elsewhere due to the costs issues only. EDITED 06/28/2024 although the company replied to the ****** review, after sending them an email, there was no response. Also, ********* took over 3 weeks to return a call/voicemail and told me it was too late to change the card on file, no duh, it took three weeks for a call back, of course it's too late now. Super unprofessional. Furthermore, it has been almost three months and my car is still not registered in the state I live in due to the dealership's shortcomings. I cannot register the vehicle myself due to me not having the title. I have received three tickets due to this registration issue and at this point, I am going to ****Review from Rick M

I purchased a car the first week of November, as of today, March 27th after being told plates would show up in the mail, found out in January they hadn't been ordered, Now 3 months late and numbers calls and emails I have no plates, temp tags have expired 4 times. Bait and switch tactics!I want you to understand upfront that the advertised price is a mirage, it does not exist. It is used to only get you in the door.Bottom line, be ready to pay at a minimum 10K more than what is advertised. The sales managers play the old shell game with the numbers, and force the poor salesmen to try to make the numbers make sense to you.I highly recommend you ***** clear of this dealership. Called into their sales department on Tuesday, and after numerous attempts to get concrete numbers today I get some. (Almost a week) Unfortunately, they have thousands less in incentives about ***** in adds. They do not explain any of that before I gave them my DL. The internet price is misleading to say the least, and they do not adhere to their own "Bonmin Price" Boils down to being a cash buyer and being out of state buyer. I would be careful on going off what is said and online get in writing in my opinion.Review from Juan V

All started June 23, ****. The service at this dealer is less than a star. I went in looking for an spacious car for my family and got a 2020 *********************** *** with extended warranty. A week after the car was return with transmission issues, after being with car for 2 weeks and no contact back decided to call and find out what was going on, according to the specialist 2 parts were needed but were in back order. Days pass and no call was given back so I took my time and look for the parts, I was able to find one and when I called the dealer miracledly the parts were not needed anymore and it was a reset needed and that's it. Picked up the car and next day it still had the same miss shift on 5th gear. Reported back to them and a few weeks later took the car again to them. This time I got a loaner and with my luck got hit at a red light from behind and did *************** on the rear bumper of the loaner 2 weeks later when car was given back and with just a reset of the transmission by a specialist got charge $1k deductible for the loaner damage even though they had gotten approved to be repair by person that hit me. I was told that needed to run 1k miles on transmission before bringing it back. Never got a call but did get a claim from insurance company saying they paid 10k to the dealer for the rear bumper dent. Had to go in and ask for a manager to take my 1k deductible back. Our car still had same issue after the 1k miles and didn't trust taking it back to them anymore and took it directly to ****. After **** has access the car call me with the part needed and labor charge, attempted to run the claim trough the warranty and they call saying warranty sold by ***** denied payment due to Bomin touching the transmission and that they will be responsible. Now is 2/24/24 eight months after and I'm still with no response from them. Called and talked to service manager that never received anything from the warranty denying payment. The worst experience...2023 brand new Chevrolet Equinox purchased on December 2022. After the first maintenance and a year from the purchase... malfunction engine message..., vehicle had to be towed to the dealership Bomnin Chevrolet Dadeland, where a problem with the gas pump was detected, Bomnin Chevrolet Dadeland Service's team told me that in a week the issue would be solved and...after the first week...."we have been working on that..., the part have been ordered" but nothing...after the second week..."we are waiting for the part which is coming from ******"..."no loaner vehicle available"...and there is almost a month and still nothing. It makes no sense that a business in ****************************, dedicated to the auto-sales and post-sale services runs in this way...
