I got a lease from this dealer and the car had have many problems since I start using it. I had take it to the dealership many times and the records state that all the troubles the car have are no happening for real. The car have too many small problems ****** Systems, Car Play, Blind Spot) that they are not for real as per the Service Consultant (*******************************) for Land Rover South Dade. The car have a really loud sound and he refused to check on it, he state that every time I take the car to the dealer is for something that is not really happening. He is a really disrespectful person, he treat me like I am inventing everything that is happening with the car, so he decided to refuse to check the car. I asked for a manager and he didn't get him for **** called to Land Rover Manufacture and talked to a representative named ****** (he told me he can't give me his last name) And he said as far as the dealer state there is nothing wrong with the car I can keep taking it to a second opinion (another Land Rover dealer). I did that and but they said the problem is because of the tires. I just changed the 4 tires for a brand new and the sound is still there. I asked him get a manager on the line, he refused as well They definitely don't want to be responsable for what is happening with the car so at the end of the lease I would have to be responsable for any damage. To avoid that situation I am scaling this with the BBB. This is the worst service I have ever received for a really expensive car and I need help to resolve this situation. Thank youBusiness response

************** has had a few concerns regarding her vehicle, the Blind Spot Monitoring, the Apple Car Play, the Connectivity and Sound (RO #******)January 21, 2021.
March 30 *****- Coolant Light low, Blind spot,Parking Assist (RO #*****).
May 29, 2021- Both Side Roof Molding Came Off (RO #******).
December 13, 2021, was a concern of a noise while driving her vehicle. ************** stated that upon acceleration from a stop the vehicle revved loudly and would not shift gears at times, we performed an inspection of the vehicle and were unable to find a problem on December 13th, 2021, of the noise
(RO- 17596).
November 4th, ****************************************************** requested the vehicles history for a repurchase request. The service history was submitted as requested on November 21, 2021.
The request was denied by Jaguar Land Rover North America.
January 21st, 2022, ************** went to Jaguar Land Rover North Dade to have her vehicle inspected for a humming noise while driving. ************** was advised her vehicle would need her tires replaced and she declined the repairs (RO #******).
************** stated on her complaint with BBB that the tires were replaced, however neither Land Rover South Dade, nor Jaguar Land Rover North Dade performed the installation of the tires. (Please see service history on CarFax).

I am rejecting this response because:This car is defective and have a lot of problems since I got it. The dealer NEVER wants to work with the car after several times I took it to the dealer which is 45 mins away from where I live and counting that I have to get out from work to do this.
When they requested me to change the tires, I didn't do it with them since the amount of money they want me to pay was unbearable!!. SO I tooked it to a car shop that I trust and they place all 4 new tires, although they told me the sound is not because of the tires and that the tires were in good condition, but Anyway I spent the money changing the tires to do what the dealer requested, but the sound it still goin on.
SO I decided to try again with the dealer on August last year, but like I said in my first message, the consultant ******************************* treat me like if I was bothering them and told me that the sound is now because I am not using premiun gas!!!. The car have a "RECOMMENDATION" for that gas, but it is not a MUST!!. He specifically told me that in order for them to look the car again I have to bring receipts that I am using ************** .. saying that I am a Liar am I am inventing all that is happening with the car.
This guy was extremely rude and I would not accept that anymore so I dont want to deal with this dealer anymore!!. I want them to repurchase the car and compensate me for all the trouble this car and this people has cause me!!

******************************* , Service Manager at Land Rover South Dade reached out and spoke to our assigned Jaguar Land Rover North America representative *********************. ************** reviewed the notes in the case, and he confirmed that JLRNA denied the repurchase request for ***************** vehicle. He also stated that their has been no further inquiry from ************** since December 2021. ******************** has offered to inspect and address any of **************** concerns with her vehicle.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:*******************, did not want to see me when I went to the dealer on August 12 2022. (I notice that day wasn't in the list they sent for the times I went to get service, WHY??). I requested to see the manager but they said he did not have time for me. The car still have the same troubles and he did not had time for me until now? I will not put myself in a position again, going to that dealer to get bad treated.
Again, these are the troubles the car is having:
- The blind spot turn off by itself, even when we are driving
- The sound on the car play is too low compare with another Discovery same models that I have
- The car still have a loud sound when driving, feeling like the car is being force
- The auto off when driving to save gas is not working anymore, It was turning off itself when I drive it first time, now it just stop working.
- Now the car is showing am alert of coolant low, we refill it but it turns on again weeks later, we keep filling it up with the coolant liquid.
For this car being so expensive, luxury brand and BRAND NEW, It should never have these troubles since the first day.
This car is DEFECTIVE and after several times I went to the dealer they did not help or fix it. THIS CAR NEEDS TO BE REPURCHASE!!! ... I AM WASTING MY MONEY DRIVING A CAR THAT DOES NOT WORKS AS IT SHOULD!!!!
It is a shame that Land Rover have these people working for them, giving their costumers the worst costumer service I ever had in my life.
