Dear BBB,
These claims from *************************** are not true.
No one "Ghost" him and no one sold him a bad machine, etc.
Plenty of proof on our side that no one has done anything wrong to him.
The machine was received fine to the buyer *************************** and they had signed off at the delivery with the driver all was good.
We offered also after hearing about this so called "Software issue" to file a shipping claim if anything was missing.
The seller of the machine said that everything went on the truck with the machine.
We are equipment brokers and we do not own the equipment. The equipment ships from point "A" (The seller) to point "B" (The buyer) and the buyer is very well aware of this from the beginning because it is advertised on our website what state it ships from as well as it is spelled out on our invoice the state of origin. It also says on our invoice "All sales are final".
Also stated on our website loud and clear: "Although we strive to obtain the best information from the seller, **** LLC. is not responsible for inaccuracies provided to ** by the seller."
Our website also states loud and clear that the shipping company is responsible for the buyers freight and that the buyer has the right to inspect the equipment first or not inspect it first before purchasing it.
The buyer also has ** trying to sell a cutting table for them through our brokering website.
We have so much more proof of this transaction.
You would think a buyer would be more appreciative of saving them $150,000 to $200,000 from buying a new machine?
This buyer is also very well aware of the age of the machine, etc. and has actually mentioned that to ** in emails as well as other things they pointed out to ** before they made the purchase.
Our company has done nothing wrong and we are not gonna be blamed or nickel and dimmed!
Unfortunately this buyer brought this non-sense to the internet where they can be unrealistic and make like there right.
We do not owe the buyer anything and nor did we agree to buy them anything!
