On April 28, 2024 I had agreed to get a glass table top made from Rembrandt Glass. They had requested I Zelle them to complete payment (likely to avoid taxes) which I did. The agreed upon date of the delivery/pick-up was Wednesday May 1st.On Tuesday April 30, I had to reach out to them to confirm that the table would be ready on Wednesday May 1 as agreed. They confirmed and said to call them at 9:30AM. I called at 9:30 AM and got the run around that the table may not be ready and they had to call their supplier. I called at 11 AM because I hadnt heard back from them and was told that they were very busy, running around other jobs and cant get ahold of their supplier. At 2:30 I was told they still couldnt get ahold of their supplier and they would have to go over to the factory to check on it. I didn their back and by the end of the day, requested a refund over *****. Still have not received.
