    The general manager belittling customers and old employees. They have had my truck for three months. I have had phone calls with service manager Kathy with left messages from herself. Whom claims to not spoken to me concerning my vehicle. As it awaits a new engine to be serviced. Poor customer service with continuous run around.

    We take customer service seriously and we do not believe in run around. We appreciate our customers, their trust in us to repair their vehicle and their patience with us while their vehicle is with us to complete the needed work. This vehicle was brought to our service department on December 29, 2021. It was diagnosed and the needed engine was ordered the following week, the first week of January. The engine through General Motors is on backorder. GM provides weekly updates on backordered parts. Updates of late were provided to Mr. ******** We apologize to Ms. ****** for the lack of communications to her. Today, Lloyd ********, our GM, involved Kathy ****** our Service Manger, and with Ms. ***** present called both Mr. ******* and Ms. ******* Mr. ******** expressed our regret of any communication breakdowns over the past weeks. It is our goal to communicate clearly with our customers and to do so professionally and respectfully. Mr. ******** shared that he will regularly check on the repair until the situation is rectified. As of today the engine remains on backorder with General Motors. We have taken every step to escalate fulfillment of the order through General Motors. We are also looking at other sources for an engine and will seek approval from the customer's insurance company for any other source that can provide the engine sooner.
