  Good morning, I would like to make a general liability claim request for damage that was done to my vehicle. I contacted the Escambia County Board of County Commissioners. They are currently investigating the issue, I spoke with the investigator Mark on 3-17-23, and he stated that he believes the road cutout was made by ***** He recommended I file a claim with them, after reaching out to **** they did their own investigation and found that Three Trade Consultants is liable for the road cutout. I have all pictures of the road cut to connect a brand-new construction site to the public sewer underneath the road. This is of a Dollar General currently being constructed at the corner of Olive Rd. and Cody Lane. The pavement was cut and not filled properly causing $501.22 worth of damage to my car that I had paid for and fixed through my car manufacturer service center. Attached are the pictures of the damage, and pictures of the road cut with no cones up, or signs posted. Along with my receipt of payment for the damage that was done, and the email statement from Emerald Coast Utilities Authority. *I have sent this email to them, along with a follow-up email. They are not responding.

  I would like to close my complaint as Three Trade Consultants has reached out to me and provided me a full refund for the damage that was done to my car.
