Tracie Martin and The Cam Firm will get your HOA sued as she/they do not treat residents fairly, and takes the sides of people who have become friends of hers, as I have experienced and participates along with them to bully those they don't like. I have documented proof that this is the case, and she has put this 69 year old through absolute hell with her threatening letters threatening fines, not giving adequate time to resolve the situation before imposing fines, never sending a courtesy letter or phone call first, it appears she is hoping to fine me and destroy my enjoyment of my home. She has driven me away from retiring in the the house that I had worked hard to own all of my life. On July 6, 2023 she mailed a letter to me, which I received on July 11 at 4:00 p.m., only giving me until July 12th the next day to have my palm trees trimmed or be fined, and that is after telling me twice that the time to trim my palm trees was between July 5-August 15 each year and I had it scheduled For August 1. Now she sent another threatening letter regarding removal of magnolia leaves in my yard on May 14 this year, when I had just emailed her on May 5 telling her I could not find anyone to take care of my yard, asking if she had a list of providers, she responded no. Fortunately I finally found someone who cleaned it on May 15. It never ends with her, and the worst part of all is how she does not treat all residents equally and takes the sides of her friends inappropriately. My property was vandalized by the neighbors across the street last October, pouring vats of oil on my pavers, who have bullied me constantly from the time I bought the house in 2021, whom she constantly colludes with to send me these threatening letters, I sent her proof, she did not care, and never addressed the issue. I am a 69 year old single woman who feels I am being discriminated against, not only by my neighbors, but by Tracie herself.
