I have attached a photo where it says I will get a meeting with ****** 45 minutes, I paid 197 for this and then I got a call from an employee and she state she was the call this is false advertising and I also payed 37 for a webinar and never got the link I text then and called and was not able to get a resolution. I would like my money back or what I paid for which is a meeting with ****** for 45 minutes and a webinarBusiness response

This individual has been causing trouble for *****************************, the owner, for the past month. They contacted us through our website with inquiries about our services. We have spoken to him, but he insisted on speaking directly to the owner. However, the owner has a team that handles her calls. Despite requesting 28 free 15-minute calls and not being able to reach the owner, the individual decided to pay $197 for a consultation. One of our team members reached out to answer their questions. If the recording of the call cannot be added to the system, I will include it in an email. We will also be sending an email to inform them that they are free to find another company to work with.
He also went to our ****** to write a message. Will add his message and our reply.

Just to clarify, you are not seeking Ms. ******** services for tax preparation, but rather reaching out to collaborate with her during tax season. You have made a total of ************************** ****** through booked calls, which were initially free for 15 minutes. However, since you were unable to reach her despite repeated attempts, you decided to pay for a consultation. Following your paid call, you received a call from our team. We kindly request that you consider finding another company to work with.

Here is proof of the person harassing the owner. Creating multiple accounts just to reach her. He created two different emails and he has another email with you guys.Business response

The customer received a call from our company and his questions were answered. Not sure what he needs from us
