This Wendys i recently reported for poor service. After asking for my order fresh and plain they argued with me after putting everything on it. The manager didnt care. And im contacting BBB because last time i had an issue with wendys and contacted there corporate office. I took them 4months to contact me. and i dont even know if they excepted my complaint because i got no email response automated or otherwise. The manager at the time. Whose name is on the receipt. Took my order when i told her i wanted it fresh. Not to mention when i was in there last 2weeks prior they gave me a med fry in place of a 6 piece. And i had no time to return to there store. And when i told her about this. She looked at me and said nothing. This is poor customer service. And they gave me old food and still owe me a 6 piece. The food sat so lone it was barley edible. *** worked fast food many times. And food is only supposed to be kept for 35min at the most. my brothers **************** were old burnt and cold. The burgers were fine because they made them with everything so they had to make them over again. The fries were old. And so were the nuggets. I want a refund. And you might be able to ge ahold of them sooner then corporate will get to my email. I had no time to stand there and fight with them and they were prepared to fight with me. *********************thats not true and a misled assumption. Im currently speaking to someone working in there. i was a customer you can see from the receipt. its very unprofessional to dismiss me like that.
