WE contracted **** to move a couple of months ago. They showed up 08/22/23 2 guys short of the 5 that were quoted. We were sold that they were the White glove service in town they would do everything we didn't have to worry about anything. The sales guy tool a good amount of time to assess what needed to be done. 5 guys for three days. Beside the fact they were ******* short on manpower for the only 2 days they were there. WE started getting a list of what the guys"that could take anything could not take" we had put a ************ into their words and boy were we wrong to do so. They left things they were specifically told to take. When we called 2 days in a row we were told they had already picked it up once twice they were sending someone right away to get it. None of this happened. They just quit answering our calls. They found a few nice upcharges as well to nail us with too. These guys are the sleaziest people I have ever dealt with we finally paid an an obnoxious amount of money to have the thousands of dollars of possessions picked up by someone else as the house was closing and we were already out of town. If you want to be lied to and disrespected these are your guys. The workers were very polite and worked hard. The company clearly doesn't care about them either because they were understaffed.Customer response
