      jeep 2022 grand cherokee The stitching of my leather seat came undone, Kelli said that it is not under warranty and that I had to call Chrysler.. I made ten phone calls, Customer Service opened a case number and instructed me to go back to the dealer since car has to physically be in dealership in order to escalate case. I went back to the dealer and they refused to take in my car. I called customer service and they told me to change dealer. When I told them I would give them a bad review they turned sour. II was insulted by Kelly and by the manager Adam H, who told me that he had no patience and that I had to go away. It is clear they are not selling very much because they are very bitter and only care about reviews...The same employee Kelli this morning privided me nstruction (see attached) on how she expected me to review her. Since I refused thry became aggressive and insulted me. ... ...they didn't notice I was recording them on video and will provide this to company hoping they will pay for their behavior. Reviews should not be imposed and I should not be told what they need me to write. More importantly no client should ever be treated this way. What unprofessional people and place. Chrysler should vet people that work for it.

      I too bought my vehicle out right and never received a title for the vehicle. It's been 3 months since still giving me a hard time. If would have known what I know now I would have not bought anything from Naples Chrysler.

      We purchased a used vehicle from the Naples Chrysler dealership in 2019. We paid cash for the car and never received a Title because someone put a lien on it. A power of attorney signed our names to a document that established the lien to Chrysler Capital, without our knowledge. We didnt discover this until we moved to ******* permanently. It took ** 5 months to finally get a Title to the car. We could not drive the car for this 5 months because we couldnt plate it without the Title. This dealership was not at all helpful to get the title until I informed them that I was going to call the television stations to do a news report and file a lawsuit unless they did something to get us a title to the car. They then mailed the Title to our previous address in *******, **. Even after I specified that they should send it to our ******* address. We would never recommend this dealership and please be aware of their lack of support after the sale. If we could give a rating of 0 stars that is what we would do.

      IF YOU ARE A WOMAN PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! I WOULD LEAVE A ZERO STAR REVIEW IF IT ALLOWED. I have been to this dealership now three times, two of the the three times I was alone looking to spend about 65k on a brand new jeep. The first time I went to look around, and was walking around for about 45 minutes and had 5 sales guys walk past me and not even ask if I needed help, after being blatantly ignored i left. The following day I went with my husband and within the first 15 minutes of being there we were approached by 3 different sales guy. The third time I went in by myself again ready to make a deal and again was blatantly ignored. I don't know if i was ignored because I am a woman or because i look young or both. But i was ready to spent 65k on a jeep and pay cash for it all. I will never step foot into this dealership because of the utter

      on 8/24/2022 I purchased a 2017 jjeep. I was tols it only came with one key FOB, but for $300 I could have another one. I paid for it and was told it world take 30 days to get it. I 'm now being told I did not buy a key but a plan that if I lost my key they would replace.SO if I loose the key with no ac cess to my vehicle I nee to drive to their dealership and go to the service department to get a new key.It would show I have acontract for the replcement key? If I can drive my vehicle how do I get there for a new KEY? When I told them I wanted my key or momeny back Javi said he would email the paperwork to get a refund, the email have not come and another emploee told me to come into the service depatrment and lie to the that I lost my key.I have not lost anything .I want my momey back and others should be told about the scam rum by Naples Chryler Didge Jeep Ram.

      I spent almost a month dealing with Naples CDJR on the purchase of a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer which was being shipped to the dealership after assembly. First, they tried to sell me a car I did not want but after some time, I was offered a deal on the vehicle that I requested. I was given an offer in writing and awaited the delivery to the dealership. I checked back with the salesperson on several occasions to get the latest status of the vehicle. Finally, I was told that the Wagoneer had arrived in Orlando at the rail station. It would be inspected and then trucked to Naples CDJR. I received a call from the salesman on July 15 that the Wagoneer had arrived and asked if I was still interested. I said yes! We set up an appointment for July 16 at 4 PM. I confirmed everything that we had agreed upon. Since the dealership was over 200 miles and almost a four-hour drive, my wife and I made a reservation in Naples for the evening. We drove to the dealership on July 16, and I met the salesman. We reviewed the details; he copied my driver's license, brought the window sticker from the car and completed some other paperwork. He told me that he was sending the car to be detailed which seemed odd, since he knew, I had committed to coming into the dealership. He walked away and I was met by the sales manager. He told me that he could no longer honor the deal, stating that he no longer had the incentives. I asked why he could not have called me before traveling over 200 miles and four hours. He had no response! I made a scene at the dealership to no avail. I told him that I would report him to FCA and the BBB and it did not faze him. I have been buying new cars for over 55 years and never had this experience. This is the most unethical and untrustworthy dealership that I have dealt with in my life. FCA should pull their franchise.
