I purchased some cans of hairspray 2, 3 packs on 11 March 24. I never received them and when I track my order it says my order is on hold. I have tried sending emails as that's the only way to contact them. I've yet to get a response to my emails from them either. ??Initial Complaint

I purchased 3 items from this company for $20.41 I waited a day or two to see about an email confirmation which I didn't receive, so I went back to the site I ordered from and it said something about having order issues and started feeling like this site wasn't legit. On 12/29/2023 I ordered hair colors for 21.48$. I was advised that they were back ordered on 1/52024. I have tried calling to cancel the order and the line is always busy. Tried sending them a message and get a response that its an error message and to try later. I want to DISCONTINUE ANY MORE INTERACTIONS WITH THIS COMPANY. Thank you, ********Initial Complaint

Ordered 1/18/24. Received an order confirmation (order # *****) same day. Received no further communication or the order. Responded to the email and email bounced back as undeliverable. On January 3, ****, I ordered two items from Ladysdreams.com (Order #*****) for a total of $22.07. On January 22, ****, I still had not received the items and noticed that my card had not been charged. I reached out to the company via email and received no response. I also tried the phone number listed on their website ***********) and was not able to reach a representative. When calling the number, I got a busy signal only. After reading other shoppers accounts on BBB, I am concerned that my credit card and personal information has been compromised.Initial Complaint

Purchased item on their website. Money withdrawn, no merchandise received. Attempts to call have not been successful, continual busy signal. Emails not answered. Attempted to track purchase from their site and shows item on hold, no further information given.
