The following amplifies our recommendation: ****** L superbly administered our insurance claim resulting from Hurricane ***. She excelled at obtaining critical claim responses in a timely manner. Project Manager ***** commenced with a series of customer planning and educational activities well before preparation and negotiation of the actual re-roofing Construction Agreement. We cannot overstress the benefit received from such information. Likewise, during preparation and negotiation of the re-roofing Construction Agreement, ***** freely shared his roofing expertise. He always communicated and coordinated project activities through construction in a professional manner. He is a proven Roofing Expert. **********, Project Administrator, provided an invaluable customer orientation session prior to construction start and material delivery. She always provided expeditious, focused and friendly responses to our questions. She is also supporting our grant ************** During all re-roofing construction work, clean-up efforts and close out activities, Project Supervisor ********** visited our home almost daily, communicated with and directed all work crews, ensured new roof components were installed per contract, provided daily email status updates with photographs and always asked if we had any questions or problem areas to resolve. His services and oversight were invaluable and instrumental to a successful shingle re-roof project. Special thanks also to the hard working crews and many other employees that provided services.

Kelly installed the roof on my house ****. Kelly preforms annual inspections which for are very helpful as It allows me to fix minor problems before they become major problems. As always, the Kelly team is efficient, professional courteous and punctual. They provide detailed information including photos of work conducted before, during and after completion. The team from Kelly was fabulous! All of the team members were really good and so nice. We are delighted with our new roof. The project leader, **** *****, was especially wonderful. ******** was our operations coordinator and was fabulous to work with! She was always responsive and went the extra mile to answer our questions and resolve any issues. The work done on the roof was outstanding, and the crews were considerate and treated our property with respect. We have found a few roofing nails in the yard since the job was completed, but in general they picked up after themselves quite well, with a minimal amount of debris left behind (plastic, fragments of removed shingles, etc.). The price was not the highest or the lowest bid, but the work was high quality. We look forward to enjoying our new metal roof for many years!
