CHARGED MY AM EX CARD $70 AND I PAID THE DRIVER $70 IN CASH...THEY SAID I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED ON MY AM EX CARD AS IT WAS JUST TO HOLD THE RESERVATIONBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/29) */ According to the driver's statement, Jane Mullins presents a false complaint. The driver did not received cash payment from her. A month ago, she filed a claim with her bank that was rejected. Now she denounce my credible service to BBB. I don't think it's appropriate and just. She needs to leave me alone. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/03/31) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) This not accurate the taxi company's response. When I made the reservation they said I needed to give the a credit card to hold the reservation even though I told them I would be paying in cash. He then said I would not be charged on my American Express card This is totally unacceptable Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/04/04) */ This case matter was resolved in her favor. PayPal has decided to refund her the money. Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2022/04/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I Do not have A pay pal account . Please have them issue a Credit to my American business account Thank you
