Anyone else waiting 3 years for Kyle and Trish to finish their pool. Totally disgusted with them. They have been paid in full over a year. Thy do not do what they say or come when they say. Numerous excuses, Covid, shingles, flat tire, no glue, can’t get supply, engine leak….they have a book that they check off excuses they use with people. Calling the news and Lisencing bureau. I trusted you and you did us wrong. If they sell you and throw out names of people they are putting in pools for, call us first.Review from Theresa C

ZERO STARS Kyle C***** and his company started a big paver project for us August 2020. They took our deposit, started with 2 days work and fell off the face of the planet with the rest of our money. Constant excuses about Covid. Even told us the paver company gave away our pavers. Contacted by phone and email over and over to no replies at all. We will be finding a lawyer since they appear be back in business again.Review from Joe R

Coastal pools and Spas should not be allowed to conduct business in anyway shape or form. We agree not only with every complaint on here but we are going to gather up all the unsatisfied consumers to not only sue for costs that we are incurred to get our job complete but to further sue the corporation and all the company officers personally for taking consumers money and spending it for " personal" expenses. Amongst other illegal activities the persons running this company should be tried criminally as they have taken advantage of Senior citizens ++. They lie repeatedly, never do complete they work that has been paid for and scheme ways to get your money.
My Wife has Cancer stage 4 and her dyeing wish was to have a nice pool to relax and taken in a beautiful back yard and pool. Instead after a year later (months longer than promised) we have an unfinished job needing to spend an additional 20,ooo dollars to finish the job... What is dramatically worse is we really needed to help keep her alive in her cancer treatments... This goes way beyond criminal! Jailing them would be to let them off easy!
