They are TERRIBLE! Caused more damage and repaired nothing. Would not respond to any of my emails, calls, etc. Just continued to send invoices each month. Finally, after a year of sending the invoices and ignoring my replies, they just stopped sending emails. Then a year later, they sent invoices again. They have no customer service and can't even do the work correctly. I would not recommend using them for anything, EVER. Needed tub faucet/diverter. Instead, they broke my drain stopper, and my spout and couldn't do the work requested. Kitchen sink needed the leaky (minor drips) drain to be replaced, and I already had the part. They broke the sink clips and my entire kitchen faucet so that they said I had to buy a new faucet, and then the new faucet leaked and the drain they fixed, leaked (while I was away for a weekend) and flooded under my sink and rotted out my cabinet floor. I had to have someone else come and replace the sink, faucet and drain along with some of the drainpipes (because they repaired incorrectly).
