***** was in our condo complex doing several window cleanings on 1/17/24. He damaged the exterior vinyl on my master bedroom window. This was either done when he removed or replaced the grills/grates in order to clean. I texted him the very same day with photos of the damage and we set up for him to stop by at 1pm 1/18/24. He was a no call, no show. I texted him again that day to ask if there was a reason he stood me up...no reply. On 1/19/24, I proceed to call his work number and left a message to get back to me as he needed to repair or pay for a repair on the the window he damaged. Again, no response. I paid him all cash ($140 for the cleaning and tipped $20). He did not offer a receipt. I have a string of text messages from everyone in the complex and who he was heading to next to prove he was indeed here and cleaned then damaged my window. I also have his text message setting up the appointment to look at the damage; which never happened.
