BBB files contain a pattern of complaints from consumers which allege billing issues. Specifically, consumers report unknowingly being charged a monthly subscription fee after using the website during the trial period. In addition, several consumers report being charged this monthly subscription fee prior to the end of the 3-day trial period.
On April 9, 2024, BBB sent correspondence to EpicVin requesting their voluntary cooperation in providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer complaints.

Prominent Display of Subscription Terms: Previously, the subscription terms were located at the bottom of the page, making them less visible to users. We have now placed the terms prominently below the payment button on our website, ensuring that users have easy access to this information before completing their purchase. Attached are screenshots comparing the previous and current versions of the page for your review.
