Signed up with Jacob last year. I have an issue with my trailer. Can't reach anyone. Three different phone numbers, only one works. I have been calling since June 12th. No response from anyone. Requested a phone call, it was scheduled with them. They never called me. If no contact by this Friday (06/21/20240). I will contact the state attorney general of Georgia to start fraud proceedings.Review from jeff W

I have left numerous messages for ********************* whom I purchased my warranty from.They never told me they were Insurance brokers and not the actual insurance company so expect to get the middle man run-around.I will wait another few days and If I do not hear back will respond through social media of my experience.I had repairs done and the company that EV placed me with is ******************* when the ** service manager tried to call to get approval for about ******** in repairs after my deductible they kept getting put on hold! Game most companies play, I had to get my ** out to make a rally I paid for so I paid for it and now trying to get some of the cost back to me and hoping that EV would help me, they carry a bigger stick than I do. I will be glad to write a good review as well but so far they have offered no help.Review from Tracy D

Called them to set up an inspection on an ** we were considering buying. My understanding was they were national and had inspectors all over. They are in ******** **, we live in ************ and the ** was at a dealership in ****** **. So they charged me $650 for a full inspection. Then they brokered it out to another broker in ** who then found a local inspector. The inspector had no knowledge of what we wanted and was only paid $175 for the inspection which was supposed to be a 4 hour top to bottom inspection with full hookups to water and electric, videos and over 100 photos. What we received was a basic check and a test drive. Nothing was ran inside the coach. Miserable experience. This Eagle Vision RV in ******** ******* are theives! ***** is the one we dealt with he is full of lies!Review from Mark P

Ive used Eagle Vision Ext Warranty for years and they have been a great asset to my RVing experience. Ive had troubles with my motorhome and they worked with me to resolve almost every issue to date. They are currently working with me to resolve my only outstanding claim to date. I would recommend them to anyone who may be interested in purchasing a fair priced extended RV warranty with a company who works hard to satisfy its customers.Review from Jim A

The process was easy ***** was great to work with no pressure just explained the options various deductibles and put together the quote.
