Cara ********************** with Priess King & Company claims to offer a "W4 ********* ******* the public. The W4 Sandwich involves submitting your birth certificate, past tax records, and documents reflecting loan history to the US Treasury in return for "birth right money" or reimbursement of funds from loans. Cara ********************** was promising that prospects could retrieve millions of dollars from the US Government with the W4 Sandwich process. **** set up a call with me to explain the process. She was extremely vague and irritable. I told ********** had never heard of anyone getting money from a W4 Sandwich or SSN and she said that it was because people who were able to complete the process had to sign a Nondisclosure agreement with the US Government because the Fed did not want people to know about their birthright. She told me she could help me get out of debt and to submit my birth certificate, letters from lenders, and bank statements to her client portal, promising to send them to the US Treasury for processing. Said it could take 6mo - 1 year for them to process. I was skeptical but trusted my friend who referred her so I proceeded. Since January 2023, **** and almost never respond to my correspondence/inquires online or by phone. They have not provided any documentation showing where my sensitive financial records were sent after I requested that information. Not only are **** and her team non-responsive but when they do respond they give me ETAs on when they will send me contracts and disclosures on the process that they NEVER follow through on. They always claim to have tech issues when they are unable to furnish documentation or complete follow through of any kind. Lately I have looked at their reviews on ****** and BBB and see now that they are often negligent with clients. I want to know what they did with my Birth Certificate and bank and loan information. I feel as though they sold it to immigrants or the black market for ID fraud.Business response

Priess King ***** Company has done no business with **************************** Her business is with ************************ Group. While her complaint filing here is bullying at minimum and If she has a complaint with ************************ Group, then she needs to take it up with that company. Neither I (Cara *********************** nor my firm Priess King ***** Company have benefited from anything having to do with this person. Priess King ***** Company takes the privacy of client information very seriously. *************************** is a bully. I can provide a statement from ************************ Group regarding her issue with that company but she has no business with Priess King ***** Company and this should not be allowed.
I have attached a screenshot of the website that ****************** uploaded her documents to. It belongs to ************************ Group. Not Priess King ***** Company.

I had Cara P***** handle my parents 2020 IRS and State taxes. She will not give me a copy of the IRS 1040 form or anything to do with my parents IRS filling. She was paid as soon as we got the bill, She emailed me the state 1040 forms but will not email me The IRS 1040. My new accountant says he needs this. I'm a Trustee on the Trust because both my parents passed away. And I gave her a copy .Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/02) */ The tax return in question was forwarded to the power of attorney on file (*****************) on October 16, 2021. Mr. ******** requested a copy of the return and was asked via telephone for either power of attorney or proof of trustee status for his parents' estate. He was abusive to my staff and stated our request for this documentation was an attempt to delay delivery. The return was again forwarded to ***************** on April 29, 2022 and in an effort to diffuse the situation the return was forwarded to Mr. ********, with another request to provide documentation of trustee status. He did forward that documentation after he received the return via email on April 29, 2022. We do require proof that a person who is not the taxpayer has a right to receive tax documents. We were not asked for any additional information. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/05/03) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) She emailed me the 2020 taxes , i have the email to prove it, But it was only state 1040s not IRS 1040s Cara was putting me through hell for at least 6 months. All I was said to her sec. was I was tired of all the*** she was giving me and I was going to report her To the BBB. After every call i would have we her to do something because it was taking her forever I would say goodby and thanks and she would just hang up. I'm not going to get any help from her so I'll just leave it at that. Thanks BBB for trying.
