Superior Upholstery Services in Ocala. I gave them a deposit of $1357.28 in October to reupholster sofa. Haven't heard from them since. No return emails and phone mailbox is full. Can you help?Business response

This is in response to Ms ****** complaint. We had previously agreed to make contact and schedule her project in January. Our mailbox was full due to being closed through the holidays. I have two registered missed calls from her. One on the 9th and the other on the 10th. Ms ***** als sent emails during the time we were closed. I have spoken with her and the work has been scheduled. The timeframe that she contacted us was during the Christmas and New Year holiday. The work has been scheduled for completion.Customer response
