      I first communicated with Michael W, owner of Forever Green Artificial Turf, through the "Nextdoor" app, when I requested assistance to have artificial turf installed. We had communicated via the app messaging since May. I felt that he was very helpful and in providing information and direction, so I set an appt to meet and get an estimate. Michael came by on 7/13/24 and gave provided a written quote, with details as to what will be done. We decided to go ahead with it as it seemed like a great price, and he did confirm that it was a great deal and it was a "Cash" price as was written on his bid sheet. He came by the following day, Sunday, July 14th and we gave him half of the amount as requested - $700 cash. He was going to start the job on Monday and would be completed in 2 days. Monday came, he didnt show, nor called. We texted back and forth for the whole week. Promises were made, he never showed. One excuse after another. However, I understand things happen, so I really believed that he would show. After a week of nothing but excuses, we both agreed to the refund. He was to come by, but again, after a couple of days of back & forth texting, he never showed. I now know he had no intention of ever starting this job, nor ever returning my deposit. I would like either for the job to be done, as this was what we originally wanted. I dont know why he is not willing to do what he does as his business. So therefore, I demand to be refunded. Just wanting to warn others to take this into consideration before contacting this 'company'

      I am rejecting this response because:

      (copied our text messages.) This was our last conversation dated July 22. He always communicated with me, reasons why he could never make it, and I always gave him the benefit of the doubt. As mentioned, I did want this to work out, but it didn’t. We agreed on the refund, and  I again believed what he said, but he never came by, nor contacted me regarding the refund.  I would like to have my money returned, period, or provide the contact number of the accountant if there truly is one and we can resolve it that way. Thank you

      This was the last text communication between Michael and myself. He never showed. I did leave a  1 star google review and he did respond to it, indicating that he did refund me. Needless to say, that is not true. He cannot provide proof that he did, and he knows it too

      The ********* was set in the December of 2022, the company was to install tuff in the backyard with inground trampoline. As per HOA the turf should be 2inch or higher which is what he listed, he lied to both the consumer and HOA the unfinished turf is only 1 inch and it's not install just thrown over the yard. I have sent several messages to the company and owner, but I have not heard back. I paid for the service and goods which was not deliver to me. The job was to finish in Feb 2023, and we are September and still no answer or response back from the company. The company also damaged my sprinkler system and remaining sod which coast me over $5000 to fixed. I will be happy to provide the messages to the owner since February 2023.

      Sample of the turf was submitted to the customer and was approved. When I did the walkthrough for final payment with customer customer was pleased with the job and made final payment. Since customer has called me asked me to repair irrigation system which I did free of charge complimentary. I can't stop his neighbors weeds from growing over the fence into his yard. Customer failed to maintain yard since job was completed. I've been communicating off and on with customer fixing issues that he had. I don't understand why if customer had an issue with the turf why wasn't this addressed when I did the walk through almost a year ago with him he pointed out what he wanted fixed and I fixed it and he made final payment after that. My answer all customers message and emails I've spoken to him twice already today September 13th 2023
