I purchased a bird bath last year that is now leaking. I did not break the warranty and kept it inside in the winter months. It is just one years old. This is ONLY the 2nd time I will be using it. Is there any way you can please send me a replacement top for it. I would have contacted you within the warranty period but could not find where Smart Solar products were made and the company that I purchased the fountain from at Amazon would NOT reply back with the information. I attempted to get them to help me but they refused. It has taken a great deal of time to track this down. It was leaking prior to my warranty period being expired. Attached is the receipt where I pirchased it last year.Business response

Amazon should have provided our contact info as the manufacturer. Our company name is in the title of the item he bought. If you google our company name it's the first result after ads. The fountain also came with an instruction manual with our contact info. If he lost the manual then the pump has our company logo on the side of it and our website on the label on the side of it. After searching our entire email system by name and email address the first and only email we have from ***** is last week on 5/29/22. Screenshots for all this are attached. Even though he understands he is over the warranty period we are still willing to replace it. We don't have just the bowl in our parts dept so we will ship out a whole new fountain at no charge as a courtesy and he can keep his good parts as spares. Therefore this complaint is not necessary. We just need some missing info such as the Amazon order# (not in screenshot), his phone# (required by FedEx), and the QC Passed * off the solar panel or pump which we use to track issues, so we can send out the replacement.
