This company continues to ignore complaints about the fact that they are picking up trash at 3AM in a very quiet residential neighborhood at 3AM from a school they are contracted for (*****************************). They do not care about the well being of the neighborhood or its residents and this is effecting multiple houses as people work in the morning and trash pickup is very loud.Initial Complaint

we are a body shop ****************************** and got our waste service with Great waste contract made on 02/24/2021 but the issue is that we had an economic problem and could not pay our service on May inmediately the company stop our service which we are ok with ( they charge the month service in advance ) but the problem is that now we want to reconnect our service on August and they want to charge us the 3 month they did not provide the service they insist that by the contract they have the right to charge us eventhough they have not provide the service( when we got the contract they never mention that until now ), we try to get to an arragement but they dont want to give us any discount and want the full charge. We want to keep our service but whithout having to pay the 3 moths we did not receive the service because we consider that that is abusive and in the contract is not specify that we have to pay eventhough they dont provide the service, we want that someone can read the contract and let us know if its legal what they are doing to us and what we can do to solve the issueInitial Complaint

This is the company that picks up trash in our Condominium. Since the beginning of their contract, they started to position the trash bin obstructing my parking. I contacted their manager who no longer works there and filed a formal complaint ******** with the BBB due to the numerous times my parking continually was obstructed. For a period of time they started to correctly place it to allow the ease of entering and exiting my parking spot; however, lately they began to uncaringly displace it again. In the past 2 nights, I have had to park somewhere else due to their negligence. When I contacted their office I was told that they needed to be told only by the ********************************** which in fact did so and today still have not moved the bin. This is their reply:"Please contact your management company, they are in charge of container placement and where we service your container." Why would our ******************* have to call to open a ticket to have the trash bin moved because their driver is incapable of seeing where he is placing it is totally wrong?
