************************* collected $4,500 for a deposit on a pool patio resurfacing. He did not show up for the scheduled time for the job and he has not returned multiple voicemail messages. He also did not email the contract as requested. I have heard NOTHING from him since I gave him the deposit about 4 weeks ago.Initial Complaint

Did not complete the job as promised. Was told multiple times that he would make it right. The deck looks worse than when he started and now we have holes in multiple screens that his staff did not replace or repair after they damaged the screens.Initial Complaint

On September 8, 2022 I met with the owner of this business and hired him for a complete restoration of my pool cage at the price of $9,000. All of our conversations are via text messages which I saved. He indicated he will begin the job on September 26, 2022 but due to a storm, he didn't begin the job until October 9, 2022. The complete restoration based on our texts include a brand new screen, painting the entire pool cage structure, brand new anchors, screws, wires, two new doors and caulking the cage gutters. On October 18, 2022, I asked if he can caulk the gutters as they are leaking and he said yes I will do it for you. I even send him a video from March of 2022 showing him. He agreed. on October 19, 2022 he sent me pictures on the progress. On October 20, 2022 he indicated he was done with the entire job and I gave him my wife's credit card (****** *****) for the payment. On November 10, 2022 it rained and I took a picture and video of the gutters leaking water and I texted him and he said he will send someone over to fix it after it stops raining. No one showed up until this present day. to make matters worse, on November 26, 2022 we received an invoice for $3,000 and he charged the credit card and my wife had to fight it with the credit card company. Fast forward to February 15, 2023 I reached out again about the gutters leaking and he said someone will come out but no one did. Then on Feb 27th we got into a texting spat about him not showing up at to fix the gutters. On April 12, 2023 I reached out again and no response. On July 13, 2023 the pneumatic part of the door stopped working and asked for a replacement. He responded saying to go to ***** ** **** *****. This all should be under his 3 year warranty. I do not need to pay for it. The stores do not have the same special color he sprayed painted. No response at all to this day either with caulking the gutters or the door part. I uploaded some pics and video but can't upload one video to show other leaks.Initial Complaint

January 12,2022. Agreed to estimate to complete shutter installation and screen replacement. Paid A-1 Patio Solutions (**** ********) $1000.00 down payment. After months of excuses regarding the custom shutters, I agreed that he could repair the screens. On May 5, 2022, **** ******** agreed to complete this work. He did not show on this date as agreed. May 7, 2022, I sent an email requesting the down payment be returned due to work not being completed. No response. On May 12, 2022 I called ************ and left a message to return down payment funds. **** ******** responded via text indicating he would send me a check for the down payment. May 21, 2022 I sent a facebook message requesting the refund once again. No response.
