I cannot thank this company/team enough for their guidance, support, and quickness. Currently in the thick of the process with receiving a new roof, but while there have been changes due to weather.they are out in a heartbeat to help take care of anything I need. Just recently had a new roof installed by McElfresh Roofing. From the start ***** and ***** showed me step by step what was going to happen. The crew did a wonderful job quickly and professionally. They found some hidden issues, but these were not only explained but photographed and were quickly repaired. This is a great company to do business with and I recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof.

***** and his team at McElfresh Roofing and Solar recently completed or new roof. We have had nothing but a positive, great experience. In December 2023, we developed a roof leak during a storm and had some interior water damage.McElfresh Roofing information was provided to me through another roofer.***** called me that Sunday evening , which is the day we noticed the leak. During our initial phone conversation, he took his time and answered all of my many questions.***** was at our house the next morning, walked our roof and determined that our roof needed to be replaced.He showed us all of the concerning areas he found which included zippering of many shingles with rusted nails exposed to the elements. He took many photographs, indicating all the areas of damage and concern.Within 24 hours from his assessment, his team was at our house applying a tarp to protect our home from further interior damage.***** was very professional, detailed, thorough and well prepared .The whole process from start to finish was made easy for us .***** and his team communicated directly with our insurance carrier. When it was time for the roof to be replaced, ***** was present while his team of roofers were working/replacing our roof.The entire roof replacement took two days. The team of roofers were very efficient, professional, and cleaned up after themselves.***** walked our property many times picking up any loose nails that were found.He even returned after a big rainstorm and did another walk-through to make sure a nail was not missed.Overall, we are very happy with ***** and his team at McElfresh Roofing and would use them again for any roofing project.

I cannot say enough of mcelfresh roofing and solar. I am a first time home buyer and lived in my home over 3 years…coming into it I did not know anything about roof and how often it should be replaced. My roof was considered very old and not in code so I knew one day it was going to need to happen. I was ALWAYS very skeptical when different companies came knocking on my door and wouldn’t listen to the process. We came across a storm in April where we got lots of wind damage that I knew something had to be done. Klint (who is amazing!) came alone and we took it from there. Talked me through the process and answered any questions that I had. Along with his wonderful wife carol. A process that I was so scared of they made it so comfortable and easy. Brad who was also a point of contact, Was great as well following up and keeping me update with the progress. My new roof is perfect I couldn’t be any happier. Highly recommend their service!

McElfresh Roofing was the roofing company for my replacement. I saw their sign up at a neighbor front yard and called them for an inspection. Klint was my contact and he stepped me through the insurance process since I have no experience with this.***** responded by calls texting and visits to the house in a very timely manner to my many concerns. This I liked and appreciated. The roof was replaced in one day and the second day was a final walkthrough to ensure the yard, grass, driveway has no nails and other debris. Many additional homes in our HOA are currently in the process of inspections and planning for roof replacement with McElfresh Roofing. It takes a lot of trust to have this contracted out and pray they do a perfect job. THEY DID! I would do it again with McElfresh Roofing, hopefully not soon, lol.

Our full roof replacement was in Sept 2023.Living in ******* and the massive storms we receive, the age of our roof and the push from insurance company, we needed a new roof. You have no idea where to begin. After seeing signs of a few different roofing companies in our neighborhood we stopped at several homes to speak to the owners. Hands down everyone had the best things to say about McElfresh Roofing and *******************. ******************* was our guy to and he is outstanding. Start to finish, every step of the process, from helping us make our call to open the claim with insurance to the ***** questions in between. Day of job the team started early, finished in the afternoon. Property was left as they found it. 6 months since the replacement, not 1 roof nail has been found. Great clean up. ***** and the owner of the company were on hand. Great company and highly recommended. So great they are replacing our mothers roof next month. Thank you ***** and McElfresh.
