I live in the *******, VA apartment complex and have a serious complaint against the property manager here and I am not able to get in contact with anyone from the company other than the property manager on this location. This is serious and time sensitive so I need someone from the corporate office to call me immediately!Initial Complaint

At my complex, we pay rent through an app called DOMUS... and my account information is stored on the app through my login and password. It is also on autopsy so on the first my rent payment automatically come out of my account early in the morning and usually takes 3 days to process and post. Well this month, I noticed $100 in rent fees stating they were "late fees" now I was confused because us tenants have never gotten a letter stating why our rent is increasing, I'm aware that it is law to notify your tenants of situations like that. So I went to the office to speak to a manager about it. The office lady then went into my account and made a duplicate charge. This then put my account in the negatives so I reached out to management of the complex and they have been giving me a hard time with my refund. So I called my Bank and disputed it. But that's going to take longer and at this point I can't wait any longer because my credit is being affected and my bills. My car needed to be paid on the 7th of may. If I don't get this payment in, they will tow my car back to the dealership (as my car is still being paid off-leased). Previously, the office stated that I would have my refund on Monday of last week. I have not gotten my refund yet and at this point I just want my money back. It's affecting me bad. I am not getting the support I need nor are they handling this in the matter they should be. I have proof of emails and transactions that prove what is being said by me. If somebody could please help me that would be amazing! I am supposed to be getting my refund of 1,144.00 that was the duplicate charge that put my bank account in the negatives. That was the INCORRECT amount in the first place.Business response
