Purchased a used vehicle from this company and when the car was delivered it was ************* issued and was unable to pass ******* inspection. He came and retrieved the car and it took months for a replacement. The replacement vehicle was in terrible conditional, three times worse than the previous vehicle. Three times the amount of mileage. Sheetrock in the trunk, missing flooring. The inside of the car completely ripped out. Flooring inside the car had holes. Front bumper had Sheetrock screws which cut my mother. The top of the car shedding. Battery not operating properly. After getting the car myself and my parents called and the owner and he said to keep that vehicle he will send another. Hes been giving us the run around ever since. He then started to avoid us, we called and he would hang up on us when he realized it was about the car. Then he completely and blocked us. I saved my money to purchase a vehicle to get to and from to work and this car that I did get was unable to be driven. I never drove the car, its been a pile of junk in my backyard since last year. I just want justice for this and I want my money back. The car he had dropped off at my house isnt even worth $500 from a scrap yard.Business response

I bought a car for this customer about two years ago. I bring to ******* ******* they had a car for like two months when the temporary tag up they decide to go and get it registered. However, the **************** was giving them problem to register the vehicle. Aboir some inspection already did the inspection in ****************, so at this point, I didnt know what to do, they asked me if I could resell the car and bought a different car for them. I said yes and I did exactly that now they are not satisfied with the car that car I purchase .now they want a different car or their money back and thats not right. These customers are unfair .Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:The replacement vehicle took months to arrive and we were delivered a piece of junk. The car is completely falling apart, It is still sitting in my yard unable to be driven. Ive been reaching out to this business for months and Ive been getting hung up on and ignored. Completely unacceptable, this is the worst customer service Ive ever received, he knew that car was unacceptable and he couldve just given me my money back when he couldnt deliver what I paid for.

I am not going back-and-forth with this customer. I did my best to help you guys. The car was driving great when I left my shop, nothing is wrong with the car you You guys pay for the car are you guys get the car you guys paid for? I delivered the vehicle I didnt take your money I didnt give you a vehicle. No you guys gotta stop stop harassing me.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:This man is a *****. He knows that the car he had dropped off at my house is a piece of junk thats why he dodged all our calls. We have been complaining since we received the vehicle. Hes treating me like this because I live out of state. I want my money back and he can come pick up this junk.

This was a bad business transaction. I hope to warn others of my experience with them, especially if youre not in the ****************.
