I am very disappointed of the lack of communication I received about a trip I was planning for this summer. The owner has not returned any of my calls after she offered me a over priced trip and said she will get back to me with better options for me and my family. Which only leads me to believe that had I paid for that trip I may have never seen the trip or my money back. This is a scam to gain funds from honest hard working people and then prolong ever giving you your money back. This company sounds like it's being ran out of a double bed hotel room with 5 live in children. The level of customer service is very poor and I advise you run from this company it's all a SCAMInitial Complaint

Booked with *********************** under Elegance Enterprises for a trip to ****** from 12/4/23-12/8/23. On the eve of 12/3/23 ******* called me to advise that the trip had been postponed. She advised she would contact all airlines on behalf of the women who should have been traveling to ******. Since my flight was around 12 hours from departure at the time of her call, I called the airline myself to avoid losing all my money. ******* didn't provide an update so I reached out and advised her that I still needed her to contact them because they wanted additional money from me for the flight change. She stated she had and was awaiting supervisor approval for the additional fees the airline charged me. It is 4 days later and she has yet to provide an update. I keep having to reach out to her. I have advised multiple times that I no longer wish to attend this event due to her poor business practices and lack of customer service skills in making this a comfortable experience for me. She has refused to return my funds. There is nothing signed or in writing stating I could not receive a full refund upon reschedule or cancellation. This was her error resulting in me not being able to attend a trip I paid for. She has rescheduled the dates twice since 12/4/23. The latest reschedule was for May ****. I feel this is too long to wait for a return on the investment we made for this trip. I am seeking a refund, as I have stated to her in writing multiple times. ******* failed to ask approval from customers before reallocating our funds to this May trip.
