I brought my computer for the hard drive to be updated because I ran out of space. I got the computer but I didn't check, once I got home and turn on the computer I found out that the LCD was cracked I called to ask them tell them that they gave back my computer with a cracked LCD and they said that they were closing and to come the next day they will fix look at it. I went the next day and they start saying that I cracked it myself. I even asked them to check their camera to see maybe the person who worked on the computer cracked it and did not say anything; they denied. I left them the computer so they could figure out who did. I went back several days later and one of the employees was saying that it seems like I was already using the computer, that I had opened a document and that I was lying. I asked him to show me the history of the computer where he shows the document that was opened and he could not even prove what he said. Some days after I went back to see if they check the videos, unfortunately they didn't he said he was going to call the owner I left waiting for an update from them but nothing. The first for the hard drive was made on January 27. I would like them to fix my computer screen.
