On 6/18/2021 I ordered doors from One Day Doors of Orlando. At that time I paid $2,455.20. On 10/07/2021 the installer came to install the doors. One door was missing. I was never informed that the missing door that was supposed to be a bi-fold door wasn't available in the size I needed after waiting 16 weeks. At this time I paid the balance of $2,455.20. On 01/18/2022 I renegotiated the last door. I tried to contact this business at 407 216 4933, the number on my receipt-not in service. I tried 407 237 0771-not in service. I found 407 479 4748 online. I left a message and no reply. I want the $600.00 that I'm owed for this door. I'm cancelling the order after waiting another 9 months. This complaint stems from the renegotiation in January. I have no account numbers, only the receipt dated 6/18/2021. Thank you *************Initial Complaint

Bryan and Edwin C**** from One Day Doors came to my home in Merritt Island, FL on May 3, 2022 and measured 9 interior doors for replacement and installation. They prepared a contract on official One Day Door form for $5,237.00 and took a 75% deposit of $3,928.00 which I put on a credit card. I was told the doors should be ready for installation sometime in July. On June 29, 2022 I called One Day Doors to get the installation date and was told that the doors were still in production and they could not give me a delivery date. On August 10th, I was contacted by Anthony-D****-D******** from One Day Enterprises HQ to inform me that they had never received my order (?) and that "One Day Doors of Orlando was no longer authorized to carry and sell One Day Products and will not be able to fulfill the contract" I have with them. They haven't been able to, nor have I, to contact them or the owner, Edwin C**** and "believe they are closing the business". Edwin C**** is the owner of EC Interior Systems per the Florida Secretary of State Corporation database. 2 custom made doors ordered 01/22/22. 50% down was taken from owner, Ed C****. Ed did a great job of explaining the process to me. I felt confident in placing my order. Mr. C**** promised doors will be installed within 6-8 weeks. No calls from Ed regarding an update on the delivery and installation of doors. I call every month to get an update. I spoke with Eddie (the only time, we've spoken. Ed does not return calls!) . First call week of 2/28/22, spoke with Ria (employee at the store). She was not aware of my order. She gave me information of another buyer. She promised to have Ed call me. We spoke 4/08/22, Ed stated, doors are ready and are loaded on the pallet. 05/02/22 I spoke with Ria an employee at thie store, she stated, trucker will not leave to deliver unless truck if fully loaded. Again, I called, 05/11/22, spoke with Ria she informed me an email was received from the company who is making the doors (they're located in California) and doors will bed received within 3-4 weeks , the week of 06/13/22. Till this date, no doors, no calls from Ed or Ria. I'm requesting a full refund or doors to be delivered and installed.
