I ordered four blankets at the beginning of November. One of them was a preorder not to ship until December 4th. I was given no option to split shipping at checkout so they said all blankets had to wait until Dec. 4th. However, they werent actually shipped until the 12th and have been lost at the post office for 6 days now with no delivery day and are still where they started. Their customer service is awful! They recently told me to let them know if I didnt get it in 15 days! It specifically says 4-7 day shipping and was to be shipped on the 4th. So much for Christmas presents and ordering almost two months early. Dont order from them!Customer response

I purchased $120 worth of product from The Styled Collection. Yesterday, it was allegedly delivered, but the picture ***** left as proof of delivery is clearly not my house. I contacted ***** (called three times, and tried to file a claim online, see picture below) and they said I could not initiate a claim, that only the sender/shipper, in this case The Styled Collection, could initiate a claim, and that I needed to contact them. I contacted The Styled Collection and they refuse to initiate a claim with *****, and are telling me that they are not taking responsibility for replacing the order. I am not asking them to replace the order, I need them to contact ***** to file a claim for my package because I cannot do so myself. I am not *****'s customer, ********************** is. They are the ones who have the account with ***** to ship packages and ***** will only deal with them. The Styled Collection is refusing to help a paying customer retrieve their package after it was delivered incorrectly.Initial Complaint

Ordered two blankets and paid for shipping protection and first class shipping. They printed my address incorrectly and I cannot change it through fedex. I have no way of getting my packages that I paid over $100 for.Initial Complaint

This company has 0 customer service. I purchased several blankets from them and one has a hole less than 3 months later. i contacted them and they told me i purchased my blanket longer than 6 months ago. This is false. I did purchase a blanket from this 6 months ago but not the blanket i emailed them about. they are two completely different blankets. any time you email them, they respond with questions. you answer their questions and they come back with more questions without solving any issues. It's as if they are just 'putting you off' in hopes you forget about it. now i have a $100 throw blanket with a hole and they dont see to care about their product once you pay for it.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for jewelry items and phone cases from The Styled Collection. https://www.facebook.com/thestyledcollection They charged by debit card but have no record of the order. I have provided transation info from bank, various email addresses and they have my cell number because the texted me a "welcom" message. They never emailed a confirmation of the order but did charge me. I have seen some other complaints about this since it happened. I want a refund of the $78.57 they charged me. I have received emails from cs@thestyledcollection.com, using the names Dona C******** and Madison W*******.Business response

I made a purchase during their sale a couple weeks ago, the item shipped and was marked delivered however I never received it. I reached out several times via email and they offered no resolution. I ordered a Buttery Leopard blanket on November 28, 2021. This item was on preorder for December 27. After the first of the year, I hadn't hear anything on when the product was going to be in, so I tried reaching out to the seller. I have tried multiple times via email and Chatra to contact them and no response. I'm looking for a response from The Styled Collection and/or a refund. I'm unable to find a phone number to contact them as other means of contact are not working.Initial Complaint

I ordered jewelry from them on 11/23/2021. The shipment said it was first class and would ship within 3-7 business days. Well it's been three weeks and it hasn't even shipped. I will provide order number and order from my ******* app in the documents. I've emailed them multiple times with no answer. They have no customer service! NONE. I ordered from them in July with the same problem and still no resolution. I'd like my jewelry or a refund! Thank you! For anyone else don't give them your money! I placed an order Nov 1. They debited $218 from my bank account. The order still has not shipped and I have reached out multiple times asking status and the don't reply. Their entire********* page is full of others who have had the same thing happen to them as well.
