The transaction date: 6-21-2023 Amount: $7.19 plus the tax As a rewards member, I was promised a free smoothie if I ordered a qualifying food item on National Smoothie Day (6-21-2023). Dispute: I placed my order on the app to receive my free smoothie with a purchase of a food item. The app did not allow me to choose the reward. I went to pick up the order in the cafe and asked for my reward. I was told since I paid on the app, I could not get the reward. I was also told by the manager that she was not responsible for mistakes on the app. As of 3:55 pm on 6-21-2023 no one has contacted me. I left my information with the store manager who said she would give it to the owner. Hello,
I am emailing today to confirm that Tropical Smoothie Rewards emailed to let me know about my eligibility for a free smoothie. They placed a free smoothie reward in my account! I am pleased with the way Tropical Smoothie Rewards resolved the situation; much different than the way the location treated me.
