  This morning when I woke up. I realized there was a water escape sound close to my property. I found out and recorded that this company was stealing water (utilities) to remodel the house next door. There is a code enforcement case open, there is an Orange County Utilities Complain open, and there is an HOA complaint open. Read before you attempt to steal water again! Title XLVI: CRIMES, THEFT, ROBBERY, AND RELATED CRIMES. Chapter 812 812.14 Trespass and larceny with relation to utility fixtures; theft of utility services.- (2) A person may not: (h) Use or receive the direct benefit from the use of a utility knowing, or under circumstances that would induce a reasonable person to believe, that the direct benefits have resulted from any tampering with, altering of, or injury to any connection, wire, conductor, meter, pipe, conduit, line, cable, transformer, amplifier, or other apparatus or device owned, operated, or controlled by such utility, for the purpose of avoiding payment. (4) A person who willfully violates subsection (2) commits theft, punishable as provided in s. 812.014. (5) A person or entity that owns, leases, or subleases a property may not permit a tenant or occupant to use utility services knowing, or under such circumstances as would induce a reasonable person to believe, that such utility services have been connected in violation of subsection (2). Also, there is an extensive unlicensed activities violation already reported to the state and the county. Next time, pay for temporary services and stop destroying neighbor property. and get your permits!. Problem solve.

We want to assure you that Division9 was not responsible for the stealing of any water as we use a very small amount during the installation of countertops and cabinets. Our teams carry the adequate amount of water necessary to complete our tasks. We were hired by a general contractor that has multiple trade partners that are currently working on the home adjacent to yours. Unfortunately, Division9 does not have control or affiliation with these other trades. We recommend that you contact the GC to address and resolve your concerns regarding this matter.
