This company does not have any seriousness, it does not answer your calls and when it answers something it only tells you lies, my insurance paid more than 7 thousand dollars to its company plus the payment of our claim and it still does not pay us. This is horrible experience dont believe what this people say they are extremely liar and play with the people time and money never give the money that we supposed to get for the insurance for one reason to another another one if you dont want headaches dont do any business with this people, customer servisces is totally horrible too they dont give answer and treat people like we are stupid unfortunately there are Venezuelan and day try take all the advantage that they can.. I dont want waist my time in this guys any more but I suggest never doing business and anything with this people. Totally unprofessional and liedReview from Erica A

They are unreliable and unprofessional people. Its zero stars for me! Since I filed my claim this has been the most stressful and exhausting experience. I have damages that need to be repaired and still not able to do so. Claim is still ongoing and never able to reach them. I leave numerous mesages, i get hung up on and no replies from emails. If I get lucky and get someone on the phone they say someone will call me back and never do. They received the funds from the insurance and been procrastinating in giving me what they owe me. Almost a year since I filed this claim!!! Not fair with the amount of stress this has caused. I am documenting everything and will follow up with end result of this claim. Please do better and stop taking advantage and provide good costumer service as you agreed to do when I filed this claim in the beginning.
