Dylan from Elite Landscaping did some work on my front yard on September 20th, as posted on their ******** page ******************************************. In the next day, I noticed that the irrigation was damage in one section, and they came back to fix it. In this very same day, we got in an agreement to add some additional plants, mulching, and fix a second section of the irrigation that I noticed later was damage as well. Since September 21st I am texting and calling him to get this job completed, since I have paid him in full $225.00, part for what he already did ($165.00), and the other $60 for the extra plants and mulch. Given that the irrigation is broken, three of our new plants died and we still don't have the service completed. Attached all the screenshots from our text conversations. I did my very best to understand several issues the owner had to face such as Covid, broken truck, etc. But it is been a month and last time I texted him he replied asking who I was, which shows he is not tracking my case at all.Initial Complaint

I wanted to give Elite Landscaping a positive review. However, they have not finished a portion of replacing our mulch with river rock. After finishing most of the jobs, they ran out of river rock and promised to come back and finish the work. Over 3 months later they have not returned, and most texts I send to them go unanswered or with replies of vague promises. It is very frustrating that after paying them for their work, it looks like they will not return, and we either have to finish the job ourselves or hire someone else to do it. I'm a bit blindsided by their abandonment. They did a great job with the portion of river rock they did install, fixing our irrigation, and trimming our trees. I would have been happy to leave a positive review, but after unsuccessfully getting them to come back and finish the job that we paid them for, I am left very irritated by their lack of follow through.Initial Complaint

Dylan quoted us $10,000 dollars to install new sod and flower beds, he quoted us for shade variant sod as we have a lot of shade in our backyard. He installed a Sun Sod called ST Augustine Floritam sod which needs 8+ hours of sun. All the sod died, he came back saw all the sod was dead and stated he will replace the sod with the correct sod. He keeps avoiding replacing the sod and giving me the run around saying he "can't" find the correct sod. We had to have another company out and they quoted us 2600 dollars to remove his dead sod and install the correct shade sod called ST Augustine Seville Sod. We need our sod replaced wether that be he installs it or hires a professional sod company to replace it.
