In August 2023 we paid Carroll Bradford $22,000 to install landscaping and sod at our new home. We were told that if hired them to care for our yard for a year there would be a warranty on the landscaping. We understood this to include the sod. In any event, almost our entire front yard is now dead, and at least one sprinkler is not working. They have given us the run around, claiming the grass just needed a good feed. Not sure if they ever did the feed as they claimed but the grass has never improved and we now have a dead front yard and broken sprinkler. They will not return my calls or messages. We have paid them $250 per month and they do not come regularly.Initial Complaint

Attempting to receive payment for invoice that is 365+ days past due from ********* ***** Group. We are the retirement plan administration company for Carroll Bradford.
