On September 27, 2023 a shipment was delivered to me, from *********** to *********, **., with damage to a headboard.Local Monti reps. were contacted at the time of delivery. To date no response in kind has been recieved.Initial Complaint

On 03/17/2023. In the afternoon, We received our tool box, for which the company Monti Moving and La Flor del Montare responsible. The moment they open the door We found the tool box threw on the floor they just told me that was accident……(as you see in the pictures )bending the drawers are not working ,scratching separating the top side of the tool box snd the scratches all over ….this is totally negligent. Causing damage to a Snap-ON brand tool box, valued at $25,704.46. I have called the company, and they have not given me any answer. I would like to be able to find a satisfactory solution to this problem, since the company work depends on that .
