I have never been more disappointed in a business. Curtis is a great sales person who knows how to pull at your heart strings with his "Christian" approach to business. Do not be fooled. This business has gone terribly down hill since we used them in 2020 for a smaller move. We paid a flat rate price for a house move of $2900. He sent "moving experts" who did not wrap quality furniture prior to placing on truck, knocked crystals off chandeliers, dirtied white furniture by placing it on sweaty heads to carry it up the stairs, did not finish the job and had to go back days later, and then broke a television. They claim to be insured. What you don't know is when you try to file a claim after damage is done Curtis flips the script and claims the damage is your fault for not preparing his men right. Then sends sends screen shots to you of threatening text messages to scare you into not filing a claim. Also...he takes the first $500 of the claim out of his movers paycheck! This company is a scam. Do not do business with them.

If u value your household goods, do not contract with Move4All. To our detriment we did. Curtis came to our home and estimated our move. He gave a very good impression and we did sign the contract. Movers showed up when requested and loaded in one day. Problem! Curtis underestimated the amount of household goods. The first truck ran out of room and we were told a second truck would have to be used. I was very uneasy with the situation but didn't have a whole lot of choice at this point. Curtis recommended i video tape items to placed on a second truck which i did. We moved from Fl to Ok and the large shipment arrived at our new home 2 days behind us. We noticed many boxes were crushed and our large pieces of bedroom furniture had horrible scratches in them. Our second shipment was sent to Michigan and then on to our home in Ok. Again several boxes were crushed. My wife began talking with Curtis and pictures and broken items were itemized and sent to Move4All. A furniture restoration company was dispatched to our home and the furniture was restored. Good start. My wife was unsuccessful in future calls to Curtis to get resolution on the rest of our issues. A major problem was my favorite chair, a Brazilian Earth Chair. Completely missing! I began calling Curtis on April 7th this year. He said he would contact the insurance company and give me an update. Curtis has never called me back. I called Curtis again on 19 April. He said he would email me the insurance company and a contact phone number. Never happened! Someone named Anna answered my call on May 23. Told her the problems I had been experiencing. I asked to speak to Curtis" boss. Turns out he is the boss. Anna said she would get me a response. Never happened. My subsequent calls will not get answered because the mailbox is full. I can't even find out who they insure with. I get the impression they think if they put us off long enough we will eventually give up. Will not happen. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This company is dishonest and does not care about you.
I put 2/3 of all my household goods in storage with Move4All for 8 months, while my new house was being built. Once I was ready to move these goods into my new house, the nightmare started.
It took 4 days to move my goods out of storage instead of the one day they promised.
When the first truck arrived, many of my storage boxes were crushed and there was extensive furniture damage. Lots of mold. Clearly the furniture was NOT properly stored and protected.
About 1/5 of all boxes were damaged. Large furniture pieces and wardrobe boxes, among other items, were NEVER delivered.
There were several goods delivered to my new house which were not mine. When I pointed this out to the movers they proceeded to throw them away in a nearby dumpster. This happened on at least a dozen occasions.
When I contacted the Move4All president, Curtis ******, he was in no way helpful.
At times he was very arrogant. He made no attempt to locate items never delivered to me.
He simply said I could file a claim with their insurance company. However, the insurance company denied my claim saying that they only covered damage to my house caused by the movers. So much for the $3 million insurance policy which Mr. ****** bragged about when I signed the initial contract with his company. His response to the insurance company denying my claim was "that's between you and the insurance company".
Do not do business with Move4All.
They claim to be a "Christian based company", but in no way do they show this.
Mr. ****** did NOTHING to compensate for the $20,000+ in damages I suffered.
I would give them a zero rating, bit have to give at least one star in order to post this review.
They are awful.

Worst of the worst! So many damages it was UNBELIEVABLE. Not the Christian he says he is. So much furniture damaged/destroyed. I have photos to back it up, many made by the workers themselves.
