Doctor ********************* and his team at the office located in Orlando *********************** 200 have done absolutely nothing for two months now of going back and forth with them regarding my fathers care. My father was referred there by his oncologist to have a biopsy performed over two months ago now and doctor ********************* refused to perform the biopsy without a copy of the disc of the *** scan from over two months ago. So we left that appointment with nothing done and no results due to having to go retrieve that disc for him. All to find out by my dads oncologist that doctor ********************* has the ability to look online for the *** scan results and maneuver around the *** scan to see where he would have to perform the biopsy. But he failed to mention that and made my father request a physical disc in which my father finally retrieved after two weeks of waiting on a copy he brought it to doctor ***** office which is a 35 minute drive from home there and back with tolls, only for doctor ***** to say he still needs to get an MRI because the *** scan disc doesnt help him visualize where he needs to perform the biopsy. So he got an order for an MRI 4 weeks later now and still has been waiting on an order from doctor ***** for the biopsy to be performed at advent health. We were in contact with ******** part of the patient care team with doctor ***** and she had mentioned if advent health doesnt call to schedule the biopsy to call her back in which we did because at this time it has been over a month and nothing was scheduled only to find out from advent health that doctor ***** never sent in the order for the biopsy to be scheduled now two months later in February and nothing has still been sent over. The entire office including ******** are completely incompetent when it comes to patient care and standing by what they say they are going to do. Now they have just delayed my fathers care in which he is now growing a lump in the same location he was told to get biopsy.
