I paid $940 for a pallet of tools and shipping. The member told me it would ship, then when I got the info for shipping they wanted $500 more which was fishy. I have been trying to get my money back which they sent me a link and that site came up as a scam site. I made it known it was a scam site and they stopped texting me back. The owner which I think, is ****** ****. I have been talking to him about getting my money or products and he stopped talking to me. He also didnt charge tax on anything which makes me believe hes running a business where hes not claiming money correctly. I just want my money backInitial Complaint

I was looking into purchasing pallets from a distributor reach out to the to find out more information about the legitimacy of products and in total how much it would be the person was responding via what's app and letting me know all additional information in which I went ahead and went through with the purchasing of 2 pallets at first he said he's waiting on the money to come through in which I already sent them said they received the money then a unknown trucking company reached out and said they have my merchandise but now on hold because of insurance that need to be brought from them in order to continue to go forward I asked why a additional $800 an for location and DOT And MC Number in which they asked why and refused and stopped contacting me {Global Priority Delivery}I went ahead to contact the seller and told them what happened and they said just pay for the insurance in which made me skeptical and order them to return and refund he said ok 3 days later I checked up on the status of my refund he followed up with me about the process of them taking it back I asked for the refund and they're policy which states that it can be 3-5days if approved and the merchandise which I never received it would be 30 days didn't matter because it's they're policy and its been 40 days and no response using my phone number then I reached out from a different number and they replied back same day but I consistently asking for a status before I fill a report and never gotten back with me I have there ******** ,banking information and Cash App user in which I sent the money too I have documents to support the efforts on retrieving my money back as wellBusiness response

In response to this report, I will.ooke to make it know that the goods order by ***** were never returned to us for a refunds. The time given for him to return the pallets came and pass without us receiving the pallets and we couldn't reply. The shipping agency in charge of shipping has been contacted several times but they won't reply. We assured ****** the Pallet will beCustomer response

The information your saying is a lie and is not possible you have told me that the pallet was returned. Here is the message. Also Ive reached out to the transportation company that you associated yourself with then denied that they have nothing to do with it as I asked for their information they're compliance information they asked why do you need it and stop replying? shown in the message I just want my money back. Ive done my part and while we live to here

Please contact the shipping agency to confirm this. The pallets have not been returned to our shop, which is why we are unable to provide a refund at this time. We have reached out to the shipping agency, and they have advised that the pallets must be insured before shipping. Please get in touch with the shipping agency to verify this information. We have requested that they hold onto the pallets for now. By the end of the month, we will have the pallets insured and shipped to your address.

I been reaching out to them multiple time both companies denied picking up for me and not responding Ive been asked for a refund 3days after purchase and not one person is answering for my refund and now Im out my money the business is a joke and theyre delivering systemCustomer response

Theyre saying the shipping company want to pay for a insurance fee close to 1000 dollars that was never mentioned before and after payment then the shipping company asking suspicious with the purchaser why would pay money for lose outCustomer response
