      Our family started receiving their services a few years ago. Since then, we have seen a major decrease in pests in our lawn. Our dog is much happier, and so is our whole family being able to comfortably spend time outside. The techs are very friendly and the managers do a great job listening to any concerns. Great company !!!!!

      Very professional, punctual and friendly. Most of the time I'm not home at time of treatment; however, I trust that all was done to our satisfaction until next treatment. We are happy with their services. Our landscape looks great!

      We've had a very good experience with Drake's lawn, landscaping and pest services. We are in our 2nd year with them, until we decided to try their residential irrigation services this year. Initial suggestions to add irrigation heads and a rain sensor were paid for to become an irrigation customer. We then found out they don't like working with our Rachio irrigation controller. After 2 attempts to make the rain sensor work with our Rachio unit, I had to look it up and rewire it myself. The rain sensor was canceling our irrigation schedules, so our lawn and landscaping went several weeks without watering, which led to significant lawn ********. Fortunately, there was no damage to the more expensive landscaping. Then I had to notice the added irrigation heads they suggested led to overwhelming the zone they were on, which led to poor water flow and more ******** of the lawn. All this time, their lawncare team are writing reviews to water the lawn more. They promote communication among their various service teams, but it doesn't happen. After their irrigation team finally made a couple of visits, I had to suggest adding another valve and zone to solve the problem, which they did, and I paid for. After the work was completed, our pump and piping exploded. After more troubleshooting on my part, I found that their **, had disconnected the common wire in the Rachio controller while troubleshooting, which led to the valves not working when the pump came on. The backpressure led to the damage of older equipment, but it had been working fine. I replaced it myself after they gave me a $900 quote to do it. I've been beyond patient and friendly, simply wanting to discuss our poor experience and whether we're a good fit. After MANY attempts to reach the ** and now the District Manager, I've received no return calls. After a great initial experience, we're now uncertain whether we'll continue any services next year. Commercial business seems to be the priority.

      Drake Pest came into a tough situation. I had an issue with "pests" that a prior company could not resolve. This went on for several visits. A friend of mine who has been using Drake for a long time suggested I give them a call. I reached out, and from the point of that call until the present day, things have been great! They came in and swept the entire property, went into my attic and around the house, inside and out. The pests probably saw the duck truck pull up and pack their bags because, aside from a few that they flushed out, I haven't seen one since I switched to Drake. I have since signed on with them for lawn as well and am equally as happy with the results I am seeing there. I highly recommend this company to anyone searching for a reliable company to assist with lawn and pest control.

      Their technician spilled chemicals on the sod in my front yard and killed a 2 foot by 4 foot patch of grass. I called their customer service on three separate occasions. I asked fot someone to call or stop by to look at and resolve issue. No one ever did contact me. After ten days I lost all confidence in this company and cancelled my service. Very poor customer service. I am left on my own to fix their mistake.

      We have tried to contact **************** by phone, email, and even knocked on his door. He has not responded to any of these.We see areas of decline due to drought, not chemicals.If **************** would respond to our manager, ***************************, we would be happy to discuss his concern and a possible resolution.

      Around a year ago it was found that my home had Formosan Termites and we contacted Drake and they were spot on treating my home and providing a termite bond. We were told that the treatment will make termites disappear and it would prevent them from coming back. It was so bad they were eating through the drywall creating significant damage. Now fast forwarding, around 03/26/24 we noticed a few small size pinholes on the ceiling above the shower. We contacted Drake on 3/27/24 and they sent someone out to inspect it within a reasonable couple days. They confirm that the termites came back to a different part of the home and that he would talk to his manager about his idea of a treatment plan. We scheduled treatment on a 4/20/24 Saturday for 8-9am because of their next availability. That Saturday morning they called me at 08:05am to inform me that treatment will not be done because of an employee called out. I believe later that day I called to reschedule an appointment and they informed me that the cant reschedule an appointment because a manager wants to come out and that he will contact me soon. Since then I have repeatedly called them and I get an answer, but they keep saying the manager is going to call me within 24 hours. He has not. I have made a total of 11 phone calls since this issue. It has been over a month. Im begging for treatment because the termites are all over the ceiling now and moved across the walls. They are falling on my childrens heads while they take a shower. No one is taking a shower in there because of this. I just paid the amount to renew my bond. Which was around $462. The damage has progressed so much compared when I initially notified them, and still no treatment. I dont what to do. Drake literally cancelled my treatment appointment, the manager name ***** (I was told) has not contacted me. Am I responsible for the new damage? Their initial treatment did not prevent the termites from coming back. I feel like Im talking to a wall.
