Had a plumbing issue in the bathroom under the sink, the pipe drain was leaking it was an incomplete Job, Joe Came by removing drain never replaced it and we had a flood in bathroom, had to call another plumber, called to complain wanting a refund for $375 they don't answer phone now or return our call.

Customer called on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 for a busted pipe water coming outside of the home. All of our work is backed by a one year warranty on labor and parts are based off of manufacturer. Customer never called us to come back out if there was an issue with our repair. Customer only called back on August 9, after the fact she contacted another plumber and wanted a refund.
