On April 3, 2024 My wife, our son and his friend dined at this restaurant at around 8pnm in the evening. The dining experience started with the wait staff not even saying hello, just immediately asking for the ADA ***** for my ************** dog. She has an ADA ********** and fully trained 6.2 pound Terrier Mix for her PTSD and Seizures, due to her time as a US Coast Guard Rescue Swimmer. We produced it and that was when the entire staff was hostile , difficult to work with and retaliatory in pricing. At every chance they could they overpriced and over charged us to the point of charging $7.99 per lemonade for the children. The food that was provided ended up making my wife sick to the point of her having a seizure. The stress and overt hostility of this restaurant caused my wife great emotional harm due to there inability to recognize or be appropriate about her service animal and that their actions were able to be over looked until we realized that they were price gouging us on the meals. Add to that they sate no where on the menu that they will force an 18% gratuity on you without notification that I was able to see on their site
