The cars are s*** ******+ miles for $20-30,000.... High down payments and sketchy contracts .. decided I didn't want the vehicle after 2weeks of s***** driving and engine lights and was told I can't get back my $5000 down payment cause the contract was denied by the bank... Put they still processed payments out my account knowing that the car was a nogo... Still promised money back once turned in to only get their and be ambushed by the office for the keys for the vehicle and multiple fake reasons was given as why our refund was not honored... We was threatened and called stupid and even left stranded when the forcibly removed the car from our possession and told if we don't leave we will be trespassed and that they have good lawyers and they will see us in court while laughing in our faces... I highly recommend you stay away from this place with your hard earned money

ZERO stars !!! AVOID this dealership at all costs! BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS. When purchasing the car on 11.11.23, I explained it was for my young 2 daughters (16 yrds old) & Anthony assured the car was safe & reliable & would not sell us a car that wasn't. WHAT A LIE !!!! Only but a few days later, the engine light has been on since & the car is wobbly & keeps shutting off while in drive mode IN THE MIDDLE OF TRAFFIC. So is that what you call safe, Anthony?????? Have had to have the car towed twice already. Aside from that, they screwed up the registration & plate process & took ZERO accountabilty. Did I say, ZERO, I mean ZERO accountabilty & when i told them I want to return the car back & get my money back, they said we do not do returns on cars. All sales are final. Of course it wuld be the way they do business becasuse they know they are not out for anyones safety or satisfaction, but their own. What type of Bullshit is that from a "so called" dealership. Basically Im screwed with a joke of a car. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE, NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY, TO THIS DEALERSHIP. ONLY ADVICE, I CAN GIVE IS RUN & SAVE YOUR MONEY !!

Spend your money somewhere else and avoid salesman ANTHONY. After a few days of buying the truck, engine started knocking, have abs issues, has transmission issues, ac leaks freon bad now don’t blow cold and has fuel issues now truck won’t start. Please do yourself a favor and buy somewhere where they are honest salesman ANTHONY bigest lier! He seems nice but he is not. ALL THESE PEOPLE CARE IS ABOUT THE MONEY, THEY DON’T GIVE ** * about you!

Purchased a vehicle from them about 2 weeks ago. Test drive the vehicle and it didn't have any issues on the test drive. After buying the vehicle and driving it home I found out that the car speed was locked at 75mph and the radio volume would not go past a certain point. I took it to a large dealership mechanic for the vehicle and they stated that the car should have an admin key which would allow me to unlock all that. After contacting the dealership I advised them about the key and was told they did not have it so I had to purchase the key and the programming from a dealer which cost me 300$. I also ran a code reader on the car and found it had code faults which were cleared prior to selling the vehicle. I have tried contacting them multiple times and have heard nothing back about reimbursing me for the admin key at least. I would recommend avoiding this dealership due to them hiding a lot of the problems with the vehicles and never covering the cost of any replacements that the owner ends up having to pay to replace or fix that we're not taken care of at this place.

Scammers!!!!! All the individuals in there are all about money. I bought a used F150 and when I tried to sell it.. A carfax report showed this vehicle had been in a really bad accident and the entire front of the truck had been replaced but the bottom was poorly put together. When looking at the vehicle, I asked about any accidents and was told "no" All they kept asking was how much did I have for a down payment. At this time... I just want this review to be seen and read by anyone who is planning to purchase a vehicle at VIP and think twice or do research on the vehicle before leaving any money down or signing any forms. This has to stop! people work very hard for their money, for it to just go down the drain. BUYER BEWARE!!! Money hungry people do exist and don't care stealing your money so they can make some.

I located a vehicle on Carguru that was being sold by this dealership. Upon arriving in Orland from Tampa, I asked to see that vehicle. A vehicle in the CarGuru ad. The vehicle in the ad were factory images. The vehicle on their lot was well used with easily visible exterior damage that was not represented in the ad. The sales rep indicated that there were other vehicles similar types of SUVs to look at. to I test drove a vehicle that was pulling to the right. VIP stated it need an alignment. The vehicle was sent to their mechanic and repaired. The vehicle was purchased. I was returning to Tampa approximately 45 mins into the drive when the steering lock and it sounded like a tire blowout and something was lodged under that vehicle which gave the sound of the vehicle dragging something under the vehicle. It was a struggle to initially string the vehicle onto the shoulder. When inspecting the vehicle all tires were inflated and a smell was coming from the front passenger wheel well. A road ranger pulled over to assist me. He stated that it sounds as if something is stuck behind the wheel. Due to the hour and the weather (heavy rain), his suggestion was to drive the vehicle home with the flashers. During this process, I was texting the sales rep and sending pictures. The next day the vehicle was returned and it was clearly expressed that I no longer wanted the vehicle. I requested my deposit be returned to me and the sales manager refused. His words to me were "You test drove it and you signed a contract, and we do not return deposits." Approx. 4 days later I received a call stating the vehicle was repaired and the wheel bearings were bad. Additionally, he stated that the vehicle was ready for pick up if I wanted to it, Again, I stated that I wanted my money returned and he stated he would not do that. The manager called back and offered another vehicle for an additional $1000.00 I could have. I once again request my $6000.00 deposit
