I arrived too Semoran & 408 Pet Hospital and was seen by Dr. Karl A********* he did not greet me nor ask what was my concern in bringing my Pomeranian to the veterinarian for care. The technician David was the one doing all the talking that was present in the room with Lucky my Pom. myself and Dr. Karl. At this point I was instructed to stand in front of my dog so that the dog is looking at me staring at Dr K***, he than without my consent and no details on what he was going to do or what to expect. Dr K***, poked my dogs left eye with a 6" cotton swap causing him to go blind, my dogs eye collapse. Lucky was in severe pain, traumatize and bleeding from his left eye impact cause by Dr K***'s eye injury due to negligence. I too suffer pain, anxiety, traumatize and hopeless that I couldn't help my dog. Reason for my pet vet visit for Lucky was because he had an eye discharge that was obviously irritating him. I would had never imagine that a so called skill veterinary doctor would abuse my family pet and cause my dog to become very ill after the negligence on his behalf. I trusted this business with my pet. I have never seen this doctor he is not Lucky's regular vet doctor. I would and expect to be treated with dignity and Respect, not only for the pet lover owner for the pets well being and care. This approach did not occur during the visit on Jan. 8th, 2022. I was charge $63 plus other expensive totaling $353 due to Dr K*** Why I'm saying so it's because after the fact of Dr. K***'s misconduct behavior, I took my dog to************* in Oviedo, FL for a 2nd Opinion and was told by the Dr P***** whom took care of my dog because of the impact eye injury Lucky's health decline and due to his previous heart murmur conditions and old age we didn't have a chance to go under surgery the best option was to put my 15 year old Pomeranian to sleep. I than had to make a very hard choice and my dog was euthanasia on Jan. 14, 2022, as this was recommended as best choice for Lucky.
