On 5/19/2022 we purchased several plants from We Love Plants via a plant purge on Facebook. Payment was sent totaling $495 on 5/23/2022. Seller then sent two packages via UPS and we received 2 of the 3 plants in one package. The other plant which was a Philodendron Wilsonii for $200 plus $63.70 shipping was not received. After contacting the shipper, UPS, we started a claim online which was approved. UPS said they sent and emailed info to the seller to finalize claim and at that time said he never returned info. Contacted UPS again and they said seller needs to finalize and they would credit his account. However, as of today the seller said no credit has been issued. The seller did between then and now say they could replace plant and we pay shipping, which we declined since already paid shipping. I reached out to seller again today and said they are not responsible for lost packages. I just want a replacement plant of equal value, a credit of the amount for that plant with shipping or a refund for that amount. We have done a lot of business with this business over last several months but when something goes wrong they just say not their fault and wont stand behind normal business practices from an online seller.Business response
