Date roof was replaced June of 2023 USAA insurance wind storm damage.Date of damage 11/9/2022 Hired Central Florida Equity Builders to replace my roof *************** is stating if Orange county inspector approved work then the work is fine After having more than one contractor look at the job, they found wrong material used,Flashing incorrectly added causing rain water to leak into my home. Chimney was left undone. When I brought this to CFEB attention to date they never came to check my roof and will not allow another contactor to fix my chimney or the incomplete roof issues. They sent an email threat stating my warranty will be voided if anyone touches their work. Why did they give me a 5 year warranty if they are not honoring it?Initial Complaint

I purchased a house from the owner of this business after the business had done renovations to the property. The property taxes came in much higher than estimated by the ************* and I have received notice to pay the difference. The seller is responsible for the prorated amount of taxes for 2023 and the ************* says they have notified the seller of the amount due, however neither the *************, nor the seller, *****, have answered me as far as how much the remaining amount due is and when the prorated amount will be paid. I have emailed and texted ***** more than 3 times over the past month. I want the seller to pay their portion of the taxes and to notify me how much was paid and/or how much is still due.
