  i went to visit at VK beauty spa in ********************************* ,fl ***** for my dermatologies filler treatment injection , the owner of beauty spa has lying to me that she does have dermatologies doctor licences for practice but i have found out that she doesn!t have practice license to operate the injection filler for her business , after she did all the filler injection on my faces infection for 2 months now ,has cost me alot of money to go visit my doctor for repair my whole faces , BBB please help me to get my money back from this VK beauty spa business and shut down her business before she can hurting someone else like me, thank you for concern the case

  ***** **** came for 3 Treatments. First, Hyaluron Pen Needle-less lip filler treatment. Second, Oxygen Facial with ***** mask. (not actual *****, it is just a mask). Third, Skin Needling Treatment for her neck tightening treatment with a mask. We never said anything about Dermatology or practicing under a medical license. I never said I was a Doctor or Dermatologist. I am a skin care specialist. All these services run **** my license as a skin care specialist and I am legally allowed to do the listed services that i provided for her. This was a false accusation. The services required a 2 week follow up. She was a no-show to her follow up and claimed she was not satisfied so we were no longer able to complete the services or make her satisfied. She was unwilling to come back in she just wanted her money back without finishing the service. She was so happy when she left the spa.  She just wanted her money back. We used hours of time and money on products. We should not be held responisble if the client does not want to come back for her follow up. She was not responding and this is how we heard about her complaint. The amount of money she is claiming is also false. Her service that day totaled up to only $800 and she was planning to get a package for 5 times and thats why we discounted her service to $800 from $1,000. This is what was communicated. Looking forward to hearing back. Would like to get this resolved. We aim to satisfy every client that comes in. That is our goal.

  I have to brought my wife to a professional licensing dermatologist doctor in *********** ******* for the re- fix my wife whole face it cost $3,400 dollars for the treatment what she had been injecting to my wife face that why I was sending to you all the comments complaining by the professional dermatologist doctor I need BBB help me to find me a lawyer firm to pursue her for the damage my wife face, everything she has told BBB is a lie we have all her text from her to prove, she has took $200 cash & $800 from our bank, thank you for your concern & help us please.
